York Central - Phase 1C Reserved Matters Planning Update
Welcome to our public planning update on the next stage of development at York Central, which is set to include new homes, office and retail space, a hotel and a brand-new western station entrance, as well as a public park and extensive public realm.
A reserved matters application for phase 1C of York Central was submitted in November which you can view on the planning portal here.
As part of the planning process, we held a drop-in consultation event at the National Railway Museum on Monday 6th October at which 230 members of the local community attended to meet the team and find out more about our plans. The local community also had the opportunity to feedback on our proposals on this page up until October 21st.
